Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of machine function, processes, and control systems.
• Strong understanding of CNC/PLC-based equipment and servo/stepper drives.
• Experience with capital equipment justification and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing process flows for new products and feasibility reports.
• Determine machine parameters and tooling requirements for products.
• Develop and revise process specifications and work instructions.
• Conduct capability studies to ensure quality and productivity.
• Implement new technologies to improve quality and output.
• Coordinate capital projects and work with contractors and vendors.
