Job summary

Essner Manufacturing LP in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive major process improvements in a high mix manufacturing environment. You will establish BOMs, develop shop drawings, perform GD&T, and support daily operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has a 4 year degree, 3+ years in manufacturing, and experience with Catia/Mastercam and Nesting software, with proven project management and cost-conscious process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years in the manufacturing industry.
• U.S. work authorization; ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish BOMs and methods of manufacturing per specs.
• CAD modeling and shop drawing development.
• Understand GD&T and develop inspection methods.
• Support daily operations and on-time project delivery.
• Project manage new products within quoted timelines and budgets.
• Assist Quality and perform ad hoc duties as needed.
