Job summary

Rockwell Automation, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the Mequon plant. You will own and optimize manufacturing processes, lead DFMA/DFM, PFMEA, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborate across functions to boost productivity and quality.

You will participate in NPI and process design reviews, support MES deployment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years PCBA manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, and DFMA/ DFA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, implement, maintain, and govern manufacturing processes across the plant.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and quality and support MES deployments.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and assist with NPI/ Continuation Engineering projects.
