Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a manufacturing engineer to own manufacturing processes, drive improvements, and ensure reliable production with cross-functional collaboration.

You will participate in DFMA/DFM analyses, support MES and IT initiatives in manufacturing, and help bring new products to production while upholding safety and quality standards. This role is on-site in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern manufacturing processes across the plant.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and quality.
• Support design input, tooling, and manufacturability considerations for New Product Introductions.
