Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Electrical engineering knowledge preferred.
• Analytical skills with CAD aptitude and mechanical/electrical awareness to improve manufacturing processes.
• Lean manufacturing principles experience desirable; focus on cost savings and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and production to implement optimal manufacturing methods.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and internal teams on projects.
• Design equipment and modify PLC programs as needed to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Assist production across shifts with complex issues and process changes.
• Lead or support installation, qualification, and training of equipment before release to production.
