Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing/Assembly with high-volume automated production.
• Experience with package attach / reflow soldering and related processes.
• Experience in ISO clean room environments for power electronics.
• Familiarity with ESD controls for handling power electronics.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to work with complex data.
• Experience with computers and electronics in a production setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong prioritization and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead specification, procurement, build, installation and launch of Powertrain Production equipment for package attach / reflow soldering.
• Develop and deliver standardized manufacturing processes aligned with global powertrain strategies.
• Support inspection processes and collaborate with Product Engineering to meet design specs.
• Troubleshoot production issues affecting FTT and warranty; determine corrective actions.
• Travel to supplier facilities and Ford plants as required (10–30%).
• Support Prototype/Pilot Manufacturing to identify feasible manufacturing solutions for new programs.
