Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Eight years or more of increasingly responsible related experience.
U.S. Citizenship/Residency for ITAR/EAR purposes where applicable, with proof if required.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Evaluates complex manufacturing processes through process analysis and supplier input to optimize production.
Develops and tests manufacturing methods, prepares instructions for production personnel.
Develops CNC programs and selects cutters for efficient machining.
Designs tools, dies, gauges, and fixtures for production or experimental use.
Implements continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles across high-impact areas.
Leads cross-functional projects and communicates status to stakeholders.
