Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assessment for new product/process development.
• Develop and implement tooling, process documentation, and product instructions.
• Configure BOMs/routings for SI, ensuring alignment with product structures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering-related customer issues.
• Evaluate and influence manufacturing costs for design for manufacturability.
• Design and procure tooling/fixtures for assembly processes.
• Define and establish processes and assembly lines for new products.
• Facilitate product transfers among global facilities.
• Contribute to the development of advanced technologies.

Skills

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Knowledge of Agile and Valor DFM

Familiarity with NPI processes and IPC training

Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks

Education

B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

M.S. or M.B.A. in Engineering or a related discipline
