Qualifications

Responsibilities
Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
Develop and test automated and manual systems.
Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria.
Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards.
Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services.
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements.
Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations.
Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste.
Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes.
Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations.
