Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Develop and test automated and manual systems.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards.
• Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements.
• Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations.
• Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste.
• Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations.
