Job summary

Veritas is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to coordinate the introduction of new work to the shop floor and support manufacturing with process improvements throughout the part lifecycle.

They will launch work per the APQP process, prepare control plans and process flows, and assist with equipment acquisition to maximize profit and quality. Collaboration with Sales/Estimating and Tool Room is expected to ensure efficient production and accurate quoting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial, Systems or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch new work using APQP to enable efficient shop floor startup.
• Prepare and maintain control plans, process flows, and work instructions.
• Interface with customers to ensure their needs are met and drive cost-saving ideas.
• Support design and tooling to ensure proper tools and equipment are available.
