Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical, or related engineering discipline.
• Recent graduates and early-career engineers encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience through internships, equipment repair, maintenance, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical projects.
• Working knowledge of CAD software.
• Curiosity, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in Lean manufacturing.
• Collaborative personality and respect for production employees.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document manufacturing methods, equipment setups, and operating practices.
• Translate operators' knowledge into clear work instructions.
• Support improvements in metal forming, saw cutting, painting, and surface treatment.
• Investigate opportunities to reduce scrap and improve workflow.
• Partner with production and tooling teams to test and implement improvements.
• Use AutoCAD or SolidWorks to support drawings and manufacturing improvements.
