Job summary

FITS, LLC is seeking a technically skilled engineer for manufacturing support in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical sector. The role requires a bachelor’s in Engineering and at least two years of relevant experience, plus bilingual Spanish-English communication.

The candidate will work with CMMS systems to manage manufacturing equipment performance and drive maintenance strategy. As part of OUR team, you’ll collaborate across maintenance, facilities, QA, and validation to ensure compliant

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and two years of relevant experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries.
Bilingual (Spanish & English).
Experience with CMMS systems for manufacturing equipment.
Maintenance strategy, changes control, and CAPA familiarization.

Responsibilities

Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Under general supervision evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
Function as a technical expert to process, equipment and systems during troubleshooting operations and cross-functional discussions.
Supervise manufacturing processes for performance indicators and operations, and mentor on troubleshooting.
Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, process development, utilities, facilities, QA and validation teams for process/system modifications.
Support manufacturing/quality systems such as deviations, equipment qualification, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions.
