Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing / Process Engineer for our Bridgewater, MA operations. This role thrives on the plant floor, driving on-site process improvements, and creating clear work instructions and manufacturing specifications to boost efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate changes, validate processes, and apply GD&T, CMM, and gaging techniques.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering (Materials background preferred).
• 3–10 years hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Background in materials science, metal casting, brazing, or wax injection tooling/injection molding.
• Demonstrated experience with process validation.
• Proficiency in GD&T, CMM, and gaging.
• Experience with fixture and gage design.
