Job summary

Entrematic (Amarr) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Mocksville, NC to enhance equipment performance and tooling across roll forming, press ops, automation, and assembly. You will lead design, troubleshooting, and optimization to reduce downtime and boost OEE on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, with exposure to roll forming and press processes.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with Lean tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve tooling and equipment across manufacturing processes.
Lead capital equipment and process improvement projects from concept through execution.
Identify downtime, scrap, and reliability issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on tooling design, procurement, and implementation.
