Job summary

Intone Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a 12+ month contract position based in Pontiac, Illinois. You will support shop floor machining, lead tooling design, and drive capital projects while coordinating offshore and onsite manufacturing activities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in manufacturing engineering, APQP experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with suppliers and relocate if needed. This role is based on-site in Pontiac, IL.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience with shop floor machining processes, including setup optimization, cutting tool selection, and process improvement initiatives.
• Expertise in tooling design, tool management, and manufacturing process engineering within a production environment.
• Experience with capital projects and process improvements.
• Supplier collaboration and management experience.
• APQP experience.
• Ability and willingness to relocate.
• Preferred Caterpillar experience.
