The role blends hands‑on machining, CNC programming, post‑processing, fixture design, and capital equipment planning for scalable manufacturing.

You will lead process improvements, analyze complex geometries, and collaborate with design and production to meet tight tolerances and throughput goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering required.
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience in precision machining or additive manufacturing.
• Proven CNC programming and CAM skills; ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and fixture design; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers for secondary operations.
• Develop machining strategies for complex geometries and residual stress considerations.
• Design fixtures and optimize tooling, cutting parameters, and sequences.
• Lead equipment validation, post-processing readiness, and process improvements.
