Job summary

Seurat Technologies is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Integration Engineer to own the development and industrialization of advanced metal additively manufactured products. This role guides new products from concept through production release, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to deliver innovative, manufacturable, and cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufact Engineering or related discipline.
7–10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or product development.
3+ years of experience with metal additive manufacturing technologies.
Strong understanding of DfAM principles.
Experience with CAD/CAM tools and inspection methods.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional development of new metal additive manufactured products from concept through production launch.
Translate customer requirements into manufacturable product designs.
Develop and execute product development plans including design reviews and validation activities.
Serve as technical lead for new product introductions (NPI).
Define end-to-end machining, heat treatment, finishing, and inspection processes.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, SOPs, process control plans).
Create/optimize 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
Apply DfAM to maximize performance and cost efficiency.
Design fixtures, tooling, and secondary machining strategies.
Perform tolerance analyses and static/thermal assessments.
Participate in design reviews and project planning meetings.
