You will develop high-throughput processes, operate thermal processing equipment and shop machinery, and guide technicians to ensure precision and throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop & optimize post-processing workflows to accelerate turnaround times.
• Layout strategy and part removal to streamline downstream operations.
• Operate thermal processing equipment and conventional shop machinery.
• Perform metrology and testing to inspect finished parts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot post-processing and related equipment.
• Guide technicians on standard procedures and safety for LPBF components.
