Qualifications

Reads engineering drawings and specifications in English.
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems and CAD tools (SolidWorks).
Understanding GD&T and time studies for routing standards.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge applied to manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and write detailed manufacturing instructions and routings.
Analyze production data to identify trends and implement solutions.
Provide process control instructions, standards, and data feedback loops.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma to improve factory performance.
Create tooling and fixtures to support production needs.
