Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
• Training with AutoCAD or other layout and design software.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow and equipment layout.
• Provide manufacturing decision‑making information by calculating production and labor costs.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting and analyzing information.
• Assist with managing capital expenditures as assigned.
• Delivery on productivity targets as outlined in the annual operating plan.
