Job summary

Dover Corporation is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in South Chesterfield, VA. The successful candidate will drive productivity by designing and analyzing manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Hands-on Mechanical skills, through hobbyist or semi-formal training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design manufacturing processes and gather input from operators.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow.
• Provide decision-making information by calculating production costs.
• Prepare product and process reports by summarizing information.
• Assist with managing capital expenditures and productivity targets.
