Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and Lean practices is required.
• Proficiency with ERP and office tools to document processes.

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes including machining and material flow.
• Lead Kaizen and value stream events to improve productivity.
• Create and audit standard work instructions and routings.
• Leverage Lean tools to reduce changeover times (SMED) and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations to implement layout changes and new tech.
