Vandor Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our on-site team and drive improvements across manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Purchasing, and implementing practical, long-term solutions.

You’ll troubleshoot challenges, support new equipment installations, and apply Lean principles to improve quality and efficiency on the floor.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, materials, and quality.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage projects and implement improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and quality while reducing costs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues and develop long-term solutions.
• Support new equipment installations, process development, and automation initiatives.
• Apply Lean principles and data-driven problem-solving to improve performance.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance, and other departments to implement improvements.
• Help create safer, more efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
