Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience within a contract manufacturing organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new or revised products into the facility.
• Drive manufacturing optimization and continuous improvement.
• Teach and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles and develop efficient layouts.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering on tooling, fixtures, and packaging.
