Job summary

Demgy Pacific, LLC is hiring a Manufacturing Planner to create and release detailed work instructions for aerospace production. You will translate customer orders, drawings, and specs into actionable processes for Assembly, CNC, and Molding departments, ensuring accurate routings and timing.

The role supports multiple teams and promotes transition to digital work instructions, with emphasis on Kaizen/Lean methods and adherence to AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret engineering drawings, parts lists, and specifications.
• Ability to visualize manufacturing processes and sequence of operations.
• Technical writing and documentation skills for work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings to determine manufacturing requirements including materials and labor.
• Ensure routings reflect correct steps and accurate timing in build processes.
• Support production, purchasing, and program management.
• Create work instructions compliant with BMS procedures.
• Review and update existing work instructions for improvements.
• Monitor KPI progress for work instruction creation and audits.
• Troubleshoot issues with work instruction use and effectiveness.
• Assist Engineering in transitioning work to Manufacturing.
