Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Proficiency in Solidworks/CAD; basic MRP/ERP knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 & 14001 and DFMEA/DFM concepts.
• Experience with GD&T, DOE, and design reviews for manufacturability.
• Ability to collaborate with product designers from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Apply mechanical/electro-mechanical designs to manufacture processes.
• Create assembly processes using Lean and CI principles.
• Analyze and resolve issues in product designs and assemblies.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment for efficient production.
• Lead pilot builds for new product introductions and validate processes.
