Job summary

Synstack Technologies seeks a Manufacturing PLM Engineer to design and optimize processes, tooling, and layouts. You will manage product data, support Windchill/Agile PLM, and drive process improvements across the lifecycle in a manufacturing environment.

You will analyze issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with ERP/CAD/MES systems while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Prior PLC and automation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or PLM environments.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SPC methodologies and quality tools.
• Experience configuring PLM applications and integrations.
• Experience with Agile PLM preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, production layouts, tooling, equipment installation, machining, material handling, and assembly processes.
• Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and process capability improvement.
• Manage product data and engineering change processes across the product lifecycle.
• Configure, implement, and support Windchill PLM solutions; provide business process and technical expertise.
• Configure workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and integrations with ERP, CAD, and MES.
• Support Agile PLM processes and product data governance activities.
• Verify process effectiveness through testing, inspections, and validation activities.
