ANPC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes, tooling, and workflows, bridging R&D and production to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to enhance throughput, quality, and safety across complex assemblies.

The role emphasizes SOP development, equipment qualification, line balancing, and capacity analysis, with accountability for ECOs, process documentation, and root-cause corrective actions.

Formación

• Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and shop floor data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and quality.
• Create, update, and enforce SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Lead NPI transitions and advocate DFx (DFM/ DFA) during product introductions.
