Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial preferred.
• Minimum of two years of Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures; write reports and communicate with managers.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with design and product engineers to consider requirements from release to production.
• Resolve daily production issues with technical problem-solving.
• Develop tooling, equipment and production lines as needed.
• Implement best practices to improve safety, production rates and quality of output.
• Analyze workflow, time study, space requirements, and equipment layout to reduce waste.
• Maintain process engineering instructions and standardized work; perform time studies.
