• Theoretical and experimental failure analysis and hardware qualification
• Technical direction and coordination in a manufacturing environment
• Conception and planning of resources to support hardware requirements
• Analyze and evaluate technical problems in manufacturing methods, facilities, processes, materials and tooling
• Maintain released product designs to continuously improve quality and efficiency
• Follow policies and procedures, applying standard manufacturing principles
• Analyze engineering drawings for producibility and project requirements
• Provide practical solutions to manufacturing problems
• Investigate in-house and supplier issues and implement solutions
