Job summary

You will collaborate across design, quality, and operations to advance lean practices and capital projects. You will lead initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency while complying with ISO 9001:2015

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with CNC machining and process development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Suggests, evaluates, implements & manages multiple manufacturing projects from beginning to end
• Develops machining processes on current or future assets
• Leads capital equipment evaluation, selection, run-offs, and implementation
• Maintains lean manufacturing and tooling technologies best practices
• Ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Supports safety and environmental practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
