You’ll help identify enhancements to equipment and processes, monitor reliability, and implement changes across production lines in a role focused on sustainability and efficiency. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science preferred.
• Internship, co-op, academic project, or professional experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or process controls.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying and implementing enhancements to equipment and processes.
• Monitor equipment and process reliability; address problem areas.
• Analyze engineering change notices and implement changes.
• Provide engineering support on planning, development, operation and maintenance.
