Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science preferred.
• Internship, co-op, academic project, or professional experience in manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, or structured problem-solving tools.
• Experience with automation, robotics, equipment reliability, or manufacturing process controls.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
• Monitor equipment and process reliability; identify and address problem areas.
• Analyze engineering change notices and implement changes.
• Provide engineering support for planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
