Job summary

Lasko Products seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes at our Franklin, TN facility. You will lead engineering projects, collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and drive cost reductions while ensuring product manufacturability.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor presence, DFMA knowledge, and data-driven problem solving to improve quality and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in injection molding and automated manufacturing environments preferred.
• PFMEA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Design and maintain 3D models, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using SolidWorks.
• Process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and maintain engineering documentation.
• Support manufacturing by troubleshooting production and quality issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
