Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and process improvement principles.
• Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering, manufacturing, and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities to reduce waste, downtime, and manufacturing costs.
• Implement process improvements using data-driven problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
• Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on new processes, equipment, tooling, and production methods.
• Support equipment and process implementation, validation, and optimization.
• Assist with production capacity planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with quality teams to identify root causes of manufacturing and quality issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor process performance and use manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote safe manufacturing practices and ensure processes align with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments, process reviews, and initiatives designed to improve workplace safety.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and documentation remain accurate and compliant.
