Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern in Minnesota to bridge classroom learning with real-world manufacturing projects. You’ll apply your engineering skills on safety-focused and efficiency-improving initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting updates to Plant Leadership.

You will gain hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Inventor at a company recognized for its long-standing quality and employee-first culture.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program, or equivalent.
• Previous internship experience (helpful, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Apply technical skills learned in school to real-world applications.
• Support tasks including safety projects, time studies, bottleneck analysis, value stream mapping, layout updates, fixture drawings, and standard work procedures.
• Collaborate with teams on engineering projects and share updates with Plant Leadership.
• Access to a workstation with AutoCAD and Inventor for design tasks.
