Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering or applied science with automation/robotics focus.
• Interest in data analysis, electronics, software, robotics and mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and maintenance to identify process improvements.
• Perform cycle time studies to uncover bottlenecks and reduce scrap.
• Create standardized work instructions as needed.
• Analyze scrap and downtime using Pareto and trend analyses.
• Support NPI efforts to ensure smooth project launches.
• Participate in operational meetings and drive OEE improvements.
