Job summary

GE HealthCare is looking for a student intern to support manufacturing and product development activities in Utah. The role involves assisting with new equipment introduction, process validation, and qualification, while applying Lean Six Sigma principles in a regulated environment.

You will co-lead process and quality improvement projects, collect data, and learn to apply data-driven problem solving to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student in engineering, manufacturing or related technical discipline.
• ≥24 credit hours toward a bachelor's degree and sophomore standing.
• GPA ≥ 3.0 and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Will be available for at least 10 weeks and willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in equipment introduction, fabrication, assembly and qualification.
• Support process validation activities for new test processes and document results.
• Co-lead quality improvement and data-driven problem solving projects.
