Cretex Medical is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to provide technical support for manufacturing projects and assist the engineering team from scope through implementation. The role offers exposure to diverse manufacturing areas and hands-on experience with the latest technologies within a family of medical device-focused companies.

Interns will gain exposure to project management, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices while supporting cross-functional teams and learning

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program for Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer technical support.
• Assist with manufacturability assessments and process improvements.
• Support compliance with Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
