• Strong communication across engineering, operations and suppliers.

We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support the successful build, assembly, and delivery of advanced automated equipment.

This role serves as the key link between engineering and production, ensuring designs are efficiently translated into high-quality, on-time builds. You will be responsible for coordinating shop‑floor activities, managing schedules, supporting inventory control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

How You Will Add Value

• Lead daily production activities, ensuring teams remain focused on priorities, deadlines, and build requirements.
• Own project schedules from design release through fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery.
• Act as the connection between engineering and manufacturing to improve buildability, quality, and execution.
• Monitor inventory, materials, and supplier deliveries to prevent production delays.
• Drive root‑cause problem solving, reduce rework, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and automation across the operation.

To Be Considered for This Role, You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, automation, or industrial environment.
• Previous experience leading teams, coordinating production activities, or managing shop‑floor operations.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, and supplier teams.
• An engineering degree or equivalent hands‑on manufacturing experience.
