Anduril Industries is seeking an engineer for the Imaging production floor. Embedded on the line, you will troubleshoot in-line issues, drive down downtime, and support assembly, integration, and test of electromechanical and optomechanical systems.

This hands-on sustaining role requires collaboration with technicians, handling ERP/MES data, updating work instructions, and driving continuous improvements in yield and throughput while maintaining security clearance.

Qualificações

• Degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, systems, or industrial engineering, or a related hard science.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting an active production line.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, testing, and assembling electromechanical hardware in a live production environment.
• Experience utilizing MES and ERP platforms to track yields, routing, and inventory.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Embed on the production floor to rapidly respond to, diagnose, and resolve in-line production issues across assembly, integration, and test — keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.
• Own the response process when the line goes down. Triage, drive, and close production downtime & non-conformance issues, coordinating engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to restore flow quickly.
• Handle the essential digital administration of the line. Own ERP/MES updates and troubleshooting to ensure accurate production tracking, data integrity, and inventory flow.
• Perform rapid debugging and root-cause analysis on failing hardware and processes; implement containment and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with technicians and assemblers daily, capturing friction points and feeding improvements back into process and design.
• Create, update, and maintain clear work instructions, SOPs, and rework procedures; manage ECO/ECN changes on the floor.
• Analyze line data to surface recurring failures and bottlenecks, driving improvements to yield, throughput, and first-pass quality.
