Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• Five years of manufacturing engineering experience with a Bachelor's, or 3 years with a Master's.
• Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project portfolios or PMO-related activities preferred.
• Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing performance metrics.
• Lead investigations related to nonconformances, CAPAs, and process issues.
• Drive engineering actions from daily management and visual systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing and engineering docs; provide training.
• Plan and document engineering studies and validations per FDA/ISO.
• Collaborate with R&D for new product introductions and design transfer.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation with defined scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Mentor Manufacturing Technicians and cross-functional teams.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance; perform special projects.
