• Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and quality requirements and regulations.
• Lead lean processes in a cellular environment for large-format steel machining, welding, painting, subassemblies, and inspections.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements to reduce waste.
• Develop and implement standard work and process instructions; manage CAPAs.
