Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineer experience.
• Knowledge of modern production principles and methods in high-tech design and manufacturing.
• Strong ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior manufacturing engineers and team members.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and manage assigned programs.
• Study, analyze and design methods, processes, layouts, and tooling to support production.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for manufacturing problems.
• Support product design reviews and verify change feasibility and savings.
• Develop manufacturing operating instructions and metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers; supervise assembly activities.
• Develop ROI or business cases for capital equipment and new processes.
