Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years related operational experience.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical direction in the manufacturing of precision parts.
• Forecasts resource requirements and allocates assigned resources.
• Surveils manufacturing operations; aims to control and reduce costs; improve methods and materials.
• Estimates, analyzes and assesses tool development resources.
• Analyzes manufacturing process problems to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Works with QA to ensure products meet quality and reliability standards.
• Maintains safety operations by adhering to procedures and policies.
