Job summary
Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to own and optimize production processes for scalable, high-quality outputs. You will design tooling and fixture improvements, lead troubleshooting, and analyze data to drive throughput and safety gains.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical engineering field.
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Hands-on design or improvement of tooling or production systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve manufacturing processes to boost throughput, reliability, quality and safety.
- Design tooling, fixtures and equipment modifications to enhance manufacturability.
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement lasting corrective actions.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Translate new process technologies into robust manufacturing methods and docs.
- Plan and execute trials, validations and ramp-ups for new systems.
