Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking engineers to join its Stage Manufacturing team, responsible for building the Terran R vehicle's primary structures. This position requires hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and entails owning hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery.

The engineer will collaborate across teams, develop scalable processes, and drive continuous improvements in hardware flow. The hiring range for this role is $117,000 – $150,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and testing hardware in a manufacturing or integration environment.
• Comfortable interfacing across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams.
• Self-starter who can define and roll out new processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery.
• Develop and release detailed build flows, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Coordinate across design, supply chain, production, and test teams.
