Honeywell Aerospace in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support repair and overhaul engineering efforts, optimize production processes, and develop reliable repair solutions for mechanical components.

You will work onsite with cross‑functional teams, report to the Repair and Overhaul Engineering Manager, and help meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives while upholding aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace/defense.
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes, tooling, and quality systems.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and process improvement strategies.
• Experience with CAD and ERP tools for production planning.

Responsabilités

• Support manufacturing engineering efforts by developing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, design, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and document processes, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Lead repair development from concept to implementation for complex components.
