• Develop manufacturing process plans, test requirements, and capacity plans; review designs for manufacturability and producibility.
• Assist in planning and coordinating with drafters and technicians as needed.
• Support communication and adherence to the mission, values and culture of the organization.
• Involved in continuous improvement and manufacturing flow optimization.
