Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize processes, tooling, and plant layouts across one or more product lines in Hillside, IL. You will drive improvements that enhance production efficiency and maintain product quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead process development, troubleshooting, and the implementation of new manufacturing technologies. The role emphasizes Lean methods, documentation, and support for new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Experience with process development and documentation (PFMEA, work instructions).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Experience with MES or manufacturing execution systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and layouts.
• Lead or support Kaizen events and 5S.
• Troubleshoot tooling, automation, and process issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Support new product introductions and capital projects.
